​HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order please visit the SHOP page above and select the product you wish to order, add to cart, and follow the checkout instructions. Once your order is received you will receive email confirmation of your order.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All payments are securely processed through the website using the Square payment app, alternatively you can make payments via PayPal.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Once I receive confirmation of the order I will ship this within 48 hours and your order should be with you in 3-5 business days. They will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For delivery in the UK. I can also ship out of the UK and will aim to get this to you as quickly as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene I cannot accept returns. However if there is an issue with your order or fault with the product please use the CONTACT ME page above and I'll be happy to help with this.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
The majority of my products are made are made with standard silver plated copper wire and hypoallergenic hooks. The gold is 18K gold plated nickel free alloy. The snake chains are 925 silver plated.  For more information on the Gemstones used and information on their uses and properties please see more information below. As a general answer I don't normally do custom orders however if there is something you were looking for please feel free to get in touch via the Contact Me page above and I'll assess if it is possible to assist you.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How to look after your new piece of Jewellery.
​Here are a few tips on some of the things you can do to keep it in great shape:
​
Take your jewellery off if you're involved in any activity which could scratch, knock or damage it. If in any doubt, take it off and keep it safe.
Take it off when you go to bed.
Keep it well away from chemicals, especially chlorine. If it does come into contact with chemicals, rinse it in water immediately.
Bathe and apply any lotions or perfumes before you put your jewellery on. Organic gemstones like pearls and opals are particularly vulnerable to acids, even perspiration.
Store it separately, ideally in a soft-lined box or case, so that your favourite pieces don't tangle, rub or scratch one another. Pearls in particular should be kept separately as they are easily scratched by hard gemstones.
Make sure chains and necklaces are fastened when storing to avoid tangling.
Remove jewellery while cooking and cleaning.
When storing jewellery,

As with all jewellery you will at times need to clean it and here's how...
​
1) Line a plate or round pan with a sheet of tin foil, shiny side up.
2)Lay the item on the foil.
3) Mix one tablespoon salt and one tablespoon of baking soda and mix with one cup warm water.
4)Pour into the dish.
5)The mixture will create a chemical reaction with the foil and bubble as it cleans the jewellery.
6)Rinse with cool water and buff dry with a clean cloth.
Please note for stubborn tarnish and rust mix the salt and baking soda into a paste and rub directly on the item and leave for an while before adding the water.
